As Cyber Security Change Lead you will lead and coordinate change management efforts for a Cyber Security Uplift Program, ensuring effective planning, execution, and adoption across diverse workstreams. Focus areas include fostering a cyber-aware culture, stakeholder engagement, and implementing security initiatives.
Hybrid work. Must be on-site 2 days per week in Wollongong.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Change Management:

• Integrate change strategies into program workstreams.
• Develop tools to measure and assess change adoption

 Planning & Assessment:

• Conduct stakeholder analyses, identify change impacts, and assess readiness.
• Create change management and engagement plans.

 Learning & Training:

• Design training materials and learning interventions for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate delivery of awareness programs and resources.

Communications:

• Create clear, effective communications using varied channels to ensure message alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build relationships and promote accountability for change efforts across teams.

 Reporting:

• Provide updates to committees and program leadership.

 Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years in a senior change management role on ICT projects.
• Prior experience in working in a Cyber program
• Proven experience with stakeholder engagement and leading organisational change.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of training design and delivery methods.
• Desirable: PROSCI certification and experience with change capability building.
