Job description
As Cyber Security Change Lead you will lead and coordinate change management efforts for a Cyber Security Uplift Program, ensuring effective planning, execution, and adoption across diverse workstreams. Focus areas include fostering a cyber-aware culture, stakeholder engagement, and implementing security initiatives.
Hybrid work. Must be on-site 2 days per week in Wollongong.

- Integrate change strategies into program workstreams.
- Develop tools to measure and assess change adoption
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, identify change impacts, and assess readiness.
- Create change management and engagement plans.
- Design training materials and learning interventions for diverse audiences.
- Coordinate delivery of awareness programs and resources.
- Create clear, effective communications using varied channels to ensure message alignment.
- Build relationships and promote accountability for change efforts across teams.
- Provide updates to committees and program leadership.
- At least 5 years in a senior change management role on ICT projects.
- Prior experience in working in a Cyber program
- Proven experience with stakeholder engagement and leading organisational change.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of training design and delivery methods.
- Desirable: PROSCI certification and experience with change capability building.
- Strategic and adaptable thinker with attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Resilient and effective in dynamic, complex environments.
- Flexible to work outside standard hours as needed.
