Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and developments.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements, contracts, and leases.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation for property transactions.
- Collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and providing tailored legal solutions to meet their business needs.
- 5+ years post-admission experience in commercial property law.
- Strong experience in commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and developments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A professional and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong ability to manage complex legal matters with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Flexible working arrangements (1 WFH day per week for full-time employees).
- Part-time option (3-4 days/week with a minimum of 2 office days).
