Primary Purpose:
Lead the delivery of projects within defined scope, quality, cost, and time constraints. Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and close, while ensuring adherence to organisational goals, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute project management plans, addressing scope, quality, schedule, cost, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

• Monitor project progress and performance against baselines, providing accurate forecasts.

• Manage contractors and apply expertise in contract management.

• Promote continuous improvement and support stakeholder education.

• Oversee budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

People Leadership:

• Build and lead high-performing teams with an accountable performance culture.

• Provide strategic guidance to enhance organisational capacity and resource planning.

• Maintain effective relationships with leadership and key stakeholders.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Implement governance systems and policies, including safety, WHS, risk, and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in project management with relevant qualifications.

• Proven ability to deliver complex projects and lead diverse teams.

• Sound business acumen and results-focused mindset.

• Leadership experience with an emphasis on inclusivity and cultural capability.

• At least 7 years of project leadership experience and 5 years managing contractors.
