We are seeking an APS4 Digital Adoption Support Officer Project Officer to work within a federal government agency, supporting healthcare provider organisations and healthcare specialists with registrations to digital health systems and products.
  
You will be responsible for making calls, actioning warm leads, managing queries, responding to questions, data entry and supporting with online registrations.
  
Essential Skills and experience

• Friendly, outgoing phone manner and willingness to do both outbound cold calling and inbound call handling

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Good attention to detail

• Experience working with Microsoft office, specifically excel

• Experience in the healthcare sector or working in a government call centre or help desk environment is desirable but not essential

This is a contract opportunity initially through to 30 June 2025, and can be based in either Brisbane, Canberra or Sydney. Flexible hybrid working options are available.
