About the Role

Pinpoint Talent are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join a leading healthcare analytics team. In this role, you will develop data-driven insights and business intelligence solutions that support better patient outcomes and operational decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design visualisations, and ensure data accuracy and integrity in line with industry standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to effectively visualise healthcare data.
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Adhere to defined quality standards in data modelling, metadata design, and enterprise information views.
• Support the development and maintenance of data structures and metadata.
• Apply ethical decision-making and project management principles to achieve project goals.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex business intelligence projects, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in requirement gathering and communication at all levels.
• Expertise in Power BI dashboard development, SQL Server database query design, and data modelling using SQL Server Visual Data Modelling tools, M/PowerQuery, and DAX.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
