Are you an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in enterprise-wide HRIS implementations? A large Queensland State Government Department is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the successful delivery of a large-scale Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS).
About the Role
As the Program Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a complex HCMS implementation, including SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central), ECP (Employee Central Payroll), and HCM modules. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless integration of these systems within the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the HCMS program to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment and communication across multiple teams.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to keep the program on track.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee financials and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and alignment with project goals.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to government policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in HRIS deployment.
- Experience: 5-7 years in program management, with at least 3 years leading large-scale HRIS implementations (preferably SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and HCM).
- Industry Background: Strong track record managing complex programs in government or regulated industries.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels while leading diverse teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-based HR solutions, enterprise system integrations, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Certifications (Preferred): PRINCE2, PMP, or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
