Are you an experienced Salesforce CRMA Developer or Designer looking to contribute to a major transformation initiative? We are seeking multiple professionals to join our team and support the design and development of CRM Analytics solutions.

Role Overview: As a Salesforce CRMA Developer/Designer, you will:
✔ Work closely with teams to capture functional and technical requirements.
✔ Define, design, and build CRMA data flows, datasets, recipes, and lenses.
✔ Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using CRM Analytics.
✔ Provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
✔ Assist with CRMA data mapping and documentation.
✔ Drive commonality, reuse, and reporting assurance.

Skills & Experience
✔ Strong understanding of Salesforce CRMA (formerly TCRM).
✔ Experience in optimizing dashboard and dataflow performance.
✔ Data visualization expertise and knowledge of Salesforce architecture.
✔ Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and performance optimization.

Location & Work Arrangements
✔ ACT, NSW, VIC, SA, and QLD – Remote work supported.
