Pinpoint Talent is currently seeking an experience Scrum Master for our federal government client to support the delivery of digital solutions, including mobile and web portal applications. Role Overview
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, remove impediments to delivery, and support high-performing cross-functional teams. You will guide the team in applying Scrum principles, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and champion Agile ways of working across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum events (e.g., sprints, retrospectives, reviews)

• Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organisation, and performance

• Identify and remove obstacles to delivery

• Promote effective collaboration between team members, product owners, and stakeholders

• Support Agile adoption and organisational change

• Apply patterns and practices to enhance the Scrum process

• Contribute to the success of mobile and web-based digital health projects

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices

• Experience in web portal, mobile app, or API services development

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., JIRA)

• Relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications

• Ability to coach teams toward higher Agile maturity levels

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Criteria

• Experience on health and/or government sector projects

• Scrum Master certification or other relevant Agile qualifications
